Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am currently the custodial parent and have full custody of my daughter. There is already an established child support order through the DOR for 150 a month and her father barely pays any of it. He also also makes a lot more money than I do. I recently put my daughter in day care and I'm paying, about 500 a month. He doesn't pay any of it. Question is will child support raise, the child support or do I have to take it to court and get a lawyer?

You should get a lawyer. first you say he is not payment - you need a contempt/enforcement petition to bring him in. secondly, you need to file a supplemental petition for modification of child support to increase what you should be getting.
