Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

im custodial parent scince birth, court ordered child support, (unreliable) 4 payments in 2009 2 were lparcel, less than 1/2 ordered last payment 6/2010. our daughter is over 18 and our son turn 16 4/2010, the past year has been difficult with his behavior, and fail out the 9th grade from advance classes, so as of 7/2010 ask his father if he could stay w/ him while schools out ad talk to him figuring he might relate more to dad, now that school has return my son has decided he doesnt want to come home and only after approx 2 months Ive recieved papers in mail requesting modifacation to end support (that im not recieving as is) due to our son retaining residence with him till he turns 18, signiture isnt his fathers but his wifes handwriting, took it to child support enforcement and was told they no nothing of itathough ive purchased all school clothes and supplies my son still refuses to come home or even talk to me they let him run the streets, sleep over at girlfriend ( fathers wifes minor children in house already have babies of there own) and when at dads house he sleeps in tree house in back yard.what are my legal rights as custodial parent??? it seems the systems benefits him instead of whats intended

Go get your child. If necessary, get a court order requiring dad to return him as required by the custody order. The child does not get to decide.
