Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am the custodial parent of our two teenage daughters. Their father has chosen to live with his girlfriend and wants our children to come and stay with him this summer in another state at the girlfriends house while they are both at work during the day. Is there anything I can do to legally steer this in another direction? Do I have any say in this? Both girls have stated they want to spend time with him but do not want to stay there with them. We live in Florida and he lives in Alabama. Our state of residence is Florida. He has visitation with our daughters every other weekend.

You must follow the court order as it pertains to summer visitation. If you do not you could be held in contempt of court. You may not have a say in this, it depends upon the agreement or the final judgment entered because of the agreeement between you. The best thing to do is to see an attorney about this.
