Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

custodial parent...non-custodial parent has decided to take daughter for a whole week against my will. Not court order established except child support order. Do I have any rights? I have papers to file for custody but cost is $300. When going to court, can i have father reimburse for that? also, i have child in daycare full-time and he is taking her out when he has her. When in court, can i request child remain in daycare full time? What are the odds of them ordering in my favor on that
