custody

I cannot afford to pay the filing fees for transfering custody from wisconsin to florida. is there a way to get the filling fees paid? I have sole custody in wisconsin, can he take my daughter if he comes to florida?

You can claim indigent status if you really are indigent; talk with the court clerk about the forms or look online.

If you are referring to the filing fee for court, you can file an Affidavit of Indigency which will allow you to file a court case without paying the filing fees. Generally, the clerk's office will accept the Affidavit at face value. It is up to the court to later determine whether it was improperly filed and, if so, they can require the party to pay the fees at a later time.
