Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

custody age

i am a divorced parent. my son resides in another state with his mom. at the time of my divorce i was granted full joint custody. my very important question is, at what age may my son choose which parent to live with full-time???????,and what is the process needed to carry this out????????

Re: custody age

If your son resides in Georgia, he can make a choice at the age of 14. Prior to 14, he can make a choice but it is not binding. I do not know the Florida rules.
