Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In my custody agreement filed in NV my ex was allowed to relocate to FL with our three kids. The older 2 are in 1st grade and kindergarden. I live in CO and I want to bring them to CO for Thanksgiving break. Our paperwork says I get them for "the four day break" but in FL the kids have a week long break. My question is can I legally take them to CO during the week off or do I have to wait to bring them to CO on Wednesday-Saturday (4 days)?

unless your ex agrees then you are bound by the agreement in place. I suggest you file a modification of visitation and incorporate the new school schedules of Florida .
