Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Getting Custody Back
My husband is taking me to family court to get full custody of the children. He already talk to a lawyer and he was told that he has grounds for full custody. I don't have a job and really don't have a stable place to live. I was in the makes of moving out of state. Now if I was to get a job and a place to live and keep it steady for a couple of months. Would I be able to fight for custody for my kids and how likely will I win?
