Getting Custody Back

My husband is taking me to family court to get full custody of the children. He already talk to a lawyer and he was told that he has grounds for full custody. I don't have a job and really don't have a stable place to live. I was in the makes of moving out of state. Now if I was to get a job and a place to live and keep it steady for a couple of months. Would I be able to fight for custody for my kids and how likely will I win?

There are not enough facts from either side here to try to estimate whether you are likely to win. However, getting a job and providing a stable environment for the children would help your chances. The court will be concerned with THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN. It may be staying with you. It may be modifying custody in favor of the father...
