Because you've written this rather poorly, I can't quite understand what you are saying. Is your child in the photos with his nude mother or did your child just find the nude photos on an old phone? If it's the former, it's obviously quite serious, and you should report it to DCF and possibly the police. If it's the latter, it's far less serious, but you should at least speed up the process of hiring a lawyer, and you should make your lawyer aware of the photos. Morality doesn't play a big part in custody battles unless the moral lapses directly involve the kids. If your child is involved in nude or sexual activity with the mother, your custody case is probably a lock. If your child just happened upon some photos which he didn't really understand, your case probably isn't affected. Either way, you need a lawyer right away.
