Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In a custody battle the mothers lawyer sent proposed settlement, i agree with it however my lawyer said i am out of money. He said unless i pay more i cant take the settlement .. My question is can i call her lawyer and take the offer? or does all this work go down the drain cause iam out of money

You can always discharge your attorney and proceed pro se (represent yourself). Let everyone know in writing.
