Custody of child
I have custody of my grandchild due to the death of his parents. I would like to give my daughter joint custody as he will be residing with her and she will need this to register him in high school. Can I do this or must she take complete custody.

If the school will not accept your written permission for your daughter to enroll him, then you will have to go to court. The Court will do whatever is in the child's best interests, regardless of what the parties involved want. If the Court is inclined to grant joint custody, it can do so.
