Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am going thru a custody and child support battle without a lawyer and have requested copies of their fathers employment records... (the same ones they subpoena from my company, he hired a lawyer instead of helping support his 3 children) and they have not produced them. How do I serve a subpoena for employment records if I don't have a lawyer? Where do I have his company send the records to my home address or do they need to be sent to the courthouse and I request to view them?

You have to send a third party subpoena.

Use of a lawyer is recommended.
