Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have custody of my children with my ex husband. Due to him not paying child support, I had to temporarily give the kids to him so that they wouldn't be homeless like me. Is he aloud to take the kids out of the county and the state without my consent?

No he is not unless he has a court order granting him permission to do so.
