Custody of children
Ok this is the problem i have three nieces
age 5,3and 1 and both parents were put in
jail like a month in half ago and no one
knows were the children are were could i
go or call to look for the kids at and the
father of the kids would like me to recieve
custody of them so what all do i have to do
to recieve custody of the children and were
can i call to find them at please reply back
with any helpful information thank you...

You should check with your local office of the Department of Children and Family Services (formerly known as HRS) which has jurisdiction over children in the State of Florida. The chances are that the children have been placed in a foster home pending the outcome of the matter involving the parents.
