Custody
I have a daughter who is sixteen and she is having difficulties with her father. We have a 50/50 custody agreement. Is she of age to be able to say that she no longer wants to be with her father on a 50/50 basis. And what is the procedure. We live in Tallahassee, Florida.

The procedure is to file a supplemental petition to modify custody. Most judges, but not all, would agree she is old enough to decide where she wants to live.
