Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

custody

My daughter's biological farther has been out of the picture for months now and hasn't financially supported us in over a year. I just got a court order to receive child support but haven't yet. I just remarried is there anyway I can have his parental rights removed? Should I stop the child support?

Re: custody

"removing his parental rights" takes a LOT more than him simply bugging out on child support.

He has an obligation to support your daughter, and as your finances permit, he should be held to account for himself.
