Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Custody

My daughter's father and I (never married) broke up when our daughter was 7 months old. He did not see her nor pay child support for 15 months. Last Sept. he filed for visitations. He had to complete supervised visits and has been seeing her unsupervised for a few months. Never had her over night. What is the chance a judge would give when 50/50. The father keeps telling me he wants her half the time.

Re: Custody

Most judges don't like 50/50 to begin with, and, given that he's never had overnight visitation, his odds are probably pretty slim.
