Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have custody of my 2 daughters. ive just been offered a position at a very good company out of state. i know i need to put in a petition for relocation, but what kind of documentation do i need to convince the judge this move is in the best interest of my daughters, my son ( from my new fiance). she is getting transferred from her company to this location as well. the mother of my daughters see the children more sparatically then often, and i leave the door open to her always. but i cant stay struggling to keep my family a float, so she can come and go when she feels like it. she doesnt pay me any child support, nor has she really done anything to help me during the last 5 years since she left. me and my fiance support the family weve built, after my ex walked out on me and the girls. what are my next steps to make sure my family isnt ripped apart, because of personal feelings and not the best interest of the children?

There should not be a problem if you have custody of the girls. Just file a petition to relocate based on the job opportunity and lack of visitation of the girls mother. Ask for child support while you are at it.
