I want to get custody to my daugther

Hi, i've been seperated from my daughters father for almost two years now. He is in prision and he wont come out till 2015, how could i get custody of her only, he's a criminal and does a lot of drugs. He has not been with her since july1st 2005 what should i do? What are my procedures. Please help i need to do this a.S.A.P. Thanks

If he's in prison, you DO have custody of her only. His visitation is at your mercy.

If you'd like to terminate his fathers' rights, you can probably do that as well, since a long prison sentence is grounds for termination. The lawsuit is a bit complicated, though, and I would strongly recommend that you use a lawyer.
