custody

I just got DNA results saying I fathered a child in Va, I live in fl. The mother lives in a very small town and has family that works at the court house. Would it be possible for us to go to court somewhere else?

What would that do? It certainly will not change the DNA results! Besides it is her first move to file the Paternity action and, if you feel, you can't get a fair shake, you may want to change the venue.
