Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Trying to get custody

My ex-husband and I came to a temporary agreement when we got divorced that he would be the ''primary custodial'' parent because I was moving out of state and going to get myself established. I have been working at my job for almost 2 years, have my own house and in a stable relationship with a second child and would like to get primary custody of my son. Would it help my case if I were remarried? What are the chances that I will get custody in this situation?

Re: Trying to get custody

It's extremely unlikely that a judge will change the custody situation, since it rarely happens, but remarriage won't probably affect the judge's decision.
