Custody of my granson

How do I get custody of my 2yr old grandson? He lives with me since birth. His Mom on drug lives out of town. The father my son violated his proba and is going to jail.

To officially gain custody of your grandson, you will need to file a motion with the Court. A lot of things depend on specifics, whether they were married or not, whether they object to you having custody, etc. It is pretty complicated and you really should get an attorney to help you.
