custody
can i ask a judge for full custody even though i want the father to have visitations ?

You should speak with your attorney regarding this matter if represented.
The simple answer to your question is yes. That being said whether you will prevail it is impossible for me to make a determination since, child custody matters are determined on what is in the "best interest" of the child which involves several factors.
