Custody

I lost my my daughter in a custody battle after i found out i had a bench warrent. I no longer have a bench warrent and my ex husband has had several charges for drugs, weapons, vop etc. Im fighting for her now while representing myself. Im in florida with my son and he is in california with my daughter. What are my chances of getting her representing myself? I have not gotten into any kind of trouble since.

You haven't let us know enough information to tell you what your odds are, but obviously they'll probably go up drastically if you have a lawyer.
