Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
custody of minor children
I have primary residence or custody of my 3 minor children; ages 17,15, and 8. I'm the father, the divorce and custody was uncontested by their mother, I've tried to be easy to get along with and allowed the children to visit their mom more than what has been required in the visitation guidelines; especially in the beginning, their mom has tried to stretch the boundries lately so I then began to stick to the guidelines firmly. She is now returning the children later after her wendnesday night visits. I have told her that this year during the school year that the kids would not be comming over on wed. evenings; due to school and having to go to be early enough to get up in time for school the next morning, especially the 8 year old. Is there any thing she can do about me not letting them go?

Re: custody of minor children
Depends on the custody order -- if it entitles her to these Wed. night visits she can move to enforce. You cannot unilaterally change a court order. If it stops working and you two can't agree, you need to seek modification through the court.
