My mother has custody of me, a 15 year old male. We live in Florida. My father lives in Ohio. How would My father be able to get custody of me quickly without going through any court system?

Re: custody

They can sit down and discuss your future and well-being and make a decision. A letter written and notarized may satisfy the school system and the doctors/hospitals that might be needed.

Of course, voluntary agreements, oral or written, can be revoked so unless there is a court order, it lacks permanency.

You still should talk it over with an attorney who can make sure that whatever is done is acceptable in Ohio.
