custody
i just moved my one year old son from his dad, from alabama to florida, with my mom...will that effect me in the long run if i file for sole custody?

You didn't say if you have a case in Alabama or FL for divorce or who is granted custody now. If you haven't filed yet anywhere, file in FL and request custody.
