Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was given custody in NY and now live in Tampa,Fl. I was informed that the Petition was modified and would like to know where to look to find the modification? No one seems to know a website where I can look it up. Thank you.

There is no central website that contains information on all family law cases. Each clerk in each county in Florida maintains its own website. It's probably the same in New York, but I wouldn't know for sure. You'd have to check the likely places where modification could occur. You should check in the county in New York where you were given custody first. You should also check in Hillsborough County (HillsClerk.com). After that, check any other county where you think something may have been filed.
