I am pregnant. I was in a relationship with a man, and went back to my husband. The man thinks he is the father of the unborn child. I fear he is going to fight for custody of the child. What can I expect or do?

Speak to a lawyer immediately. Legally, your husband is the father of the child, but the other man may be able to overcome that with a DNA test. You should speak with an attorney so that you may protect against this other man getting custody.
