Custody question

What process do I need to do to change the terms of my shared custody agreement? We currently share custody switching off every other week. I am getting married and moving to another part of the state. We need to change the terms and my ex is fighting me on where he will stay during school months.

If you and your ex cannot agree to the changes, then you should file a petition for modification of your settlement agreement with the court.
