Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have custody question . in our religion law the father gets custody when the mother gets married . is there anyway to get court to force this religious law in my custody dispute .knowing that both parties have the same religion . we do have r=written agreement between both parties that stats the same as the religion law but it was signed in foreign country . and the exwife is not trusted to change her mind the agreement was never submitted in US court . and both parties now live in US . both and the child are US citizen

1. No, the court will not look at your religion.

2. The agreement, if validly executed, should be enforced.

The court does not enforce religion, it will however enforce a contract.
