Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
custody
Is possible to retain custody of my daughter again even if I have warrants in the state she's in and I'm living in another one?

Nothing in Florida law forbids you from keeping or obtaining custody just because you have warrants, but I'm not sure how strong your case is if you are avoiding arrest warrants.
