custody

i separated from my husband 11 months ago,i was 3 months pregnant when he cheated on me,he hasn't been there for his daughter ,he has only giving me $130 in 5 months,he calls once every 2 or 3 weeks,he is been threaten me since my daughter was born that he has the rights to take her.can he do that?

No. He has no basis. The child support is a joke! His contact with the child is, at best minimal. What you need to do is get into Court and make it all legal with a court order. Get yourself a good family attorney where you live and discuss your options re child support, residential custody, etc.
