Does temporary injunction against domestic violence with children form supercede an emergency verified motion for child pick-up order

They are two different types of relief. The temporary injunction is used where the adult and/or children are being physically abused. An order from that will keep the abuser away from them.

A PUO for a child is issued when there is a need (safety) to take the child into custody and deliver the child to DCFS. Little used any more.

Usually not. Orders from the family law division usually supercede orders from the domestic violence injunction, but you should ask the family law judge for an immediate clarification. Technically, this should never happen because all family law divisions are supposed to be "unified."
