Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Custody
My Ex wife is moving out of state to go to school and wants to leave my sons with her Mother instead of letting them live with me. I have remarried and we are capable of taking care of them. I also have a very close relationship with my Sons. Do I have any rights. My ex wife says I do Not.

Much more information is needed to answer the question completely.
A short answer is, assuming your parental rights have not been terminated, yes. You have rights.
My suggestion is that you contact and retain an attorney in the state of Florida to represent your interest in this matter.
Re: Custody
Assuming all this is true, you do have rights and you need to contact someone to protect them right away.
Re: Custody
Generally, yes you have rights. As the Father of the children you have a primary right to have custody over the children over anyone other than their mother (this is an equal parental right).
I do not know the divorce determination regarding custody or the situation on why your ex-wife would think that her mother would be the proper custodian of the children. If you wish to discuss this further, you may e-mail further details, your phone number and a good time to reach you.
