Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
custody
I have a 9 yr old duaghter whom I have not seen or spoken to in 2 1/2 yrs. When I had her her father would come and go and never had a good phone number to contact him with. His father would see her sometimes or I would take her to his home when he asked sometimes. But then his father one day just because I did not let her take her home got upset and told him. Then I am sent to court. There they lie about I refusing visitation when I could never get in contact and was not recieving chilsupport. But he made sure he sent half of it to stay out of trouble before the court date. He used his father as a witness saying he had never was allowed to see her. It has always been lies and I have been very unlucky about loosing every case. I was then sent to jail for ten days. After that I recieve a letter from his attorney saying that I was to pay his attorney fees or I would go to jail for 100 days. I had 2 other children. My other option was to give austodial rights. Othen moved to Florida and he changed his house and cell number. How can I get my child back while I am in Florida? By the way we were never married.

If the father is engaged in abuse or neglect involving your child, you can file a petition for change of primary timeshare.
