custody/visitation

transfer from another state file for domesticated foreign judgement noncustodian and i have joint custody noncustodian has reasonble visitation but have not been abiding by the court order with his visitation I have primary physical I already file paperwork went to mediation and noncustodian ask for custody in response now case is taking longer than expected I ask for visitation to be change and be specific on paper in state of florida instead of saying reasonble. Noncustodial ask for full custody and residential custody so now we are continuing going back and forth to court i 've been handling this myself now i'm at the point of seeking a lawyer because i feel my case is being over look at nonstodial lives with his girlfriend and doesn' have reliable transportation.
