Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
custody/visitations
i have raised my daughter since birth she is now 8, the father has been in and out ,he has two other children that he has nothing to do with, he is now asking for visitations because after i started dating an ex-mutual friend he started dating his ex-wife so its a wife swap situation and they are very bitter and spiteful, i fought visitations because his wife was threatening me and calling me vulgarities in front of my daughter on a daily basis i just recently was granted a perminant injunction against her ,so now that it is peaceful i have given him back visitations. he just recently found out that my fiance has a warrant for his arrest in anoither state for possesion of marijianna and now the father is claiming that i do drugs in front of my kid , both me and my fiance can and will pass drug tests will the court take my daughter away from me because of his felony warrant? what if he flies back to az and turns himself in and gets probation transfered to florida? will that make a difference? please help any advice would be extremeley greatful.

Re: custody/visitations
Your situation is very complex and contains several issues of law. The legal issues involve both criminal and family law issues. You really need to consult with a family law attorney.
