Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my dad is a convicted sex offended he was released 0n 4/24/2007. April 2008 my dad and i went before a judge and got a contact order he is ordered to take a sex offender class and a female teaches it and he has repeatedly said if we see each other she will violated him and she has asked question about his brother and who will inheriate his parents property once they pass on she has made him sign a paper saying he will not see me or be violated write a graphic paper detailing sexual fantasy i believe she has a grudge against my dad she makes him do stuff that orther peple in the group doesnt have to he has been in this class for 2 years and has had no re occurances is now married for almost a year has asked question about his wife says she has seen no progress says she over rides what a judge says what can i do

How old are you? If you and your dad went before a Judge to get a contact order and he has complied in that he is taking the classes - there should be no interference with the visitation. Have you spoke to the lady who teaches the class?
