my dad is a millionaire who wants nothing to do with me and my mom and her boyfriend are abusive i have went to dcf and they investigated. i have been talking to my social worker. how much does it cost to get emancipated and is there anyway i can make him fiancially support me while living on my own

How old are you. You can only be emancipated if you can support yourself. As to help from your dad, unless he is ordered from the court to pay - I doubt that you will get those funds. Your mom is probably receiving child support and once you become emancipated that will stop. Do you have a good relationship with your dad's mom. Perhaps you could live with her and he would support you via his mother.
