Dad with no visition wants out

I have not been able to see my son ever!! I have now been informed that she will not let me either no matter what. But my question is can I give up my rights and stop paying the child support on a child I do not see and does not know I exist. She has gotten married before the child was born and he knows no different, but she is now tring to get more money out of me and I am tring to raise my son from my first mariage by myself. Is there anything I can do.
