Damage to a Church
I am the Non Costodial parent of my Son . My son and his friend were at a Vacant church that was not built yet and there was only block walls up . two of the six kids all under 16 started knoking down the block walls and the police came and all the kids ran except mine My kid was just there in the area my Question is is my ex-wife responsable Being she is the Costotial Parent for the damages that they claimed my kid did or is Both of us or just me

That is a question for the court to determine. It is possible that both parents may be held responsible. If there were two kids knocking down the wall, then your son should stop trying to be a tough kid and he should cooperate with the police by informing them who did the damage if he was truly not the one who did it. It is not a sign of his toughness but rather his immaturity and being dumb to accept the responsibility of others. As his father, you may wish to have a man to man talk about this.
