Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Daughter called me to let me know that her Mom and boyfriend are having very loud sex and being very explicite in the things that they are saying and doing speaking of oral sex and vaginal sex. And my Daughter is very upset that her seven year old little sister is also hearing these things,and confussed about what these words mean. My oldest Daughter is fourteen, her Mom and boyfriend have also left used condoms laying around for the children to find. They also have sex with the bedroom door open. I need to know what i can do.

First, take the kids to a psychologist so you have all this on record from them. Then, file a motion for change of custody and supervised visitation.
