Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my daughter would like to change her last name. she has he fathers last name and would like to have mine. the reason for this is shes never met him . we dont know anthing about him and would like to know what needs to be done so we can try to take care of this.

you need his consent. Otherwise wait until she is 18 then she can do it herself.
