Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a daughter who is 26 she has 3 children 10,6,2 her and the children have lived with me from may 2013 until now. She has not worked at all she lives off the oldest child's child support and not one cent of that money gets spent on thee children.I support them 100% and pay all bills. She left in February of 2012 and left the children with my oldest daughter and moved out of state with a man she knew for 2 weeks! She now has a new boyfriend currently released from prison after serving 10 years for murder, and told me today that she wants to move the kids to his house that is only 1 bedroom he is also unemployed and drugs is a problem as well. Is there anything that I can do to protect my grandchildren?

You can file a petition for relative custody if the kids have been living with you, or in the alternative you can call DCF (not recommended).
