Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Daughter has completed all High School classes required, and now while taking 1 class at the high school, she is taking college classes, and has been. She is attending high school part time, ! class per day, and my divorce decree stats she must be full time. She just turns 18 and still has 5 months left before her class graduation.

Here is the exact statement

The former Husband obligation to pay child support shall continue until the child reaches 18 years, dies, marries, or become s self supporting by permanent and time employment, which ever comes first. Notwithstanding any term to the contrary, child support shall continue past the child's 18th birthday ( but no later than 19th birthday) in the event such child is still attending high school on a full time basis and making satisfactory progress towards a high school diploma before such child's birthday (19th)

Speak to your attorney to see how the Judge has ruled in the past. It appears to me that CS will continue as she is "making progress toward her HS diploma".
