my daughter
there is no court orders of any kind if my daughter comes to visit and i dont send her back can i have any criminal charges placed against me i am on the birth certificate and my daughter wants to stay here with me she is nine years old

It's unlikely, but yes, if you weren't married to the mother and you haven't had father's rights established. You need to file an action for paternity to get a parenting plan (father's rights) established.
