Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

need help with my daughter

is there any way i can find out the name of my ex's new live in boyfriend,she refuses to give me his last name so i can run a backround check on him is thier anything i can do legally,my daughter lives there i an all out of ideas,and my ex is being very secretive about this and its making me wonder if he has something to hide,please respond i need help

Sounds like he has a child molesting conviction in his background or something. I think I'd file a motion to modify custody (these days we're technically calling them "Supplemental Petitions to Establish or Modify Parenting Plans" after the law changed on October 1). You should talk to a lawyer about it.
