my daughter found that her husband of 13 years cheated on her 10 years ago that produced a son..who he has been seeing and the mother of the son as well behind her back..she lives in texas and me( her mother) in florida..can she pack up with the kids and move to florida, without telling husband? he is abusive to her and she fears what he will do if he knows she is moving out
