my daughter

my girl friend had baby in the united states of america but i was not there to sign the birth pappers but the baby has my last name on the birth pappers do that make me the father and do i have the same rights as her

So long as the baby is in Florida, you have no fathers' rights. You'd have to file a paternity case in the county where the baby lives to gain your fathers' rights. You should speak with a Florida family lawyer.
